40+ Teachers.

The teaching profession has changed. Parents are becoming more aggressive, students seem to be less accountable. When the tools of discipline were taken away in the early 1980’s, it seems the system failed to replace them with a structure to allow experienced teachers to do their job. Our 40+ workshops look at the new generation of teachers, students and parents, and provide tools to allow teachers to connect with Gen Y without compromising their standards. Our older teachers provide the backbone of valuable experience and often hold positions of responsibility that will dictate the future of our profession.

Our workshops are generally held in major centres or capital cities. They start at 9:30 and finish around 3:30 with 45 minutes for lunch, and regular breaks. The cost for the day is generally $280 per person, and includes a copy of 6Bridges to Effective Teaching, refreshments and a catered lunch.
