New Teachers.

If teaching rounds and university didn’t prepare you for the cut and thrust of the real world of teaching, 6Bridges can help you get back on track. The two big barriers for new teachers are usually Bridge 2 – the transfer of knowledge and Bridge 5 – School Systems. We cover all six bridges, but we show you the tools that will help you feel more comfortable in and out of the classroom.

Our workshops are generally held in major centres or capital cities. They start at 9:30 and finish around 3:30 with 45 minutes for lunch, and regular breaks. The cost for the day is generally $280 per person, and includes a copy of 6Bridges to Effective Teaching, refreshments and a catered lunch.
